My dad has always been so passionate about kids - particularly the Boy Scouts - and has been a real mentor for many of them.  Dad got involved when Ian was a young Boy Scout, and he never stopped!  Troop 840 is very lucky to have had "Mr. L." guiding them for all these years, and his hard work has not gone by unnoticed.  In one way or another, many of the boys have grown into leaders themselves.  I think I can speak for the whole family when I say, as proud as Dad should be of all his hard work, we're even prouder of him!
